Valve pipeline opens when air is supplied to one touch nipple and vice versa. (*Connect this valve to solenoid valve so that there is no residual air in the valve cylinder.) Valve is normally used at air pressure of 5~9kg/cm2 . Be sure of the flow direction indicated on the valve outside when assembling. Use : It is attached to the air pipeline of the shot air blasting equipment and controls air flow. Filler Valves Characteristics : This valve is a double acting cylinder type. It opens when air is blown into the upper nipple and it closed when air is blown into the lower nipple. When connecting it to the solenoid valve, be sure that air is completely discharged from the other side when air is blown in one side. Disassemble the upper flanges and weld them to the tank. When making tanks, disassemble the upper flange on the valve and weld them to the top and middle part of the tank and assemble them with bolts. Use : It is assembled to top and middle part of the tank of shot air blasting equipment and it controls the inflow of shot ball to the tank. Pinch Valves Characteristics : This valve is normally open, Valve pipeline closes when air is supplied to the cylinder and vice versa. When connecting solenoid valve to air hose, be sure that the air in the cylinder should be completely discharged. Valve is normally used at air pressure of 5~9kg/cm2. It is possible to change rubber tube by unfastening four bolts and two nuts. It is very convenient compared with the existing valves. Use : It is assembled to the upper part of the tank of the shot air blasting equipment. It discharges the contaminated air form the tank before fill valve opens when shot ball is supplied to the tank.
