PD-04-02 Dispenser with automatic dot printing option

The SS Programmable Dispenser Model PD-04-02 is a unique machine which will dispense precisely controlled antibody lines and gold conjugate lines for one step rapid tests.
It can also be used for printing antigen/antibody dots for flow through assays.
This high production machine can also be used for R & D in the ‘Aspirate Mode’ with 2µl dead volume and working volume as low as 10µl.

Value Adding Options

Option A:

Gold conjugate spray system This option which fits on the machine directly allows uniform spraying of gold conjugate on the release matrix. The quantity of sprayed gold conjugate/cm can be adjusted as required.

Option B:

Dot printing for flow through assays For flow through devices the assembled cassettes with membrane are fed from one end, the devices are detected photoelectrically, the dots are printed on the membrane, and the printed devices are removed from the other end. The volume of the droplet dispensed can be specified digitally from the front panel.
