또한, 반도체 프로세서를 포함하여 장시간 사용시에 발열성을 가지는 부품들의 냉각에 도움이 되도록, 부품의 발열부위와 방열체 사이를 완전히 밀착시킴으로서 그 방열효율을 극대화시키는 열을 잘 전달하는 양면점착테이프와 상온에서는 낮은 점착력을 보이나 가열접착시 높은 점착력을 발취하는 핫멜트성 실리콘점착테이프, 200℃ 이상에서도 사용 가능한 실리콘점착라벨등의 특별한 제품들도 준비되어 있습니다.
