The Alpha 100
is a simplified version of SEO’s Phoenix 300
Contact Angle Analyzer. The Alpha
100 is lighter
and has a smaller footprint than the Phoenix 300
and can run from a notebook PC
for maximum
portability. The Alpha 100 was specifically
developed with Quality Assurance and
Control in
mind and provides convenient contact angle
measurements for evaluation of surface
treatments and cleanliness.
The Alpha 100 has a pre-aligned fixed optical
system, eliminating the need for focus
adjustments. The fluid is dispensed from a PC
controlled micro pump guaranteeing predetermined
and controlled drop volumes.
The syringe tip can be replaced to change the
drop volume, depending on your requirements.
The Alpha 100 is a valuable tool for on the spot
QC, research, and training.
